Adult and baby African Elephants

We are quickly moving into the winter months in Britain, the summer has really not been that good. But now is probably the best time for anyone to grab a last minute bargain safari. So let us look at some of the animals that you are bound to come across at this time of year.

Cheetah – The Cheetahs are absolutley amazing animals and Africa is full of them, they probably run the fastest out of any animal out there.

Elephant – You may have seen elephants in your local zoo, but nothing will prepare you for the beautiful sites that you will come across from the African Elephants.

Lion - Although you will not want to get up close and personal with the Lion, just watching them from the distant and taking pictures will blow your mind away. Lions genuinely are the power of the safari and the fiercest of them all.

Crocodile - Again something that you really will not want to get too close too, but the crocodile family can be great to admire from a far.

Zebra and Giraffe – Zebras and Giraffes are probably the most beautiful animals that you will come across, you could literally stare at them for hours and hours. Their nature and environment is truly amazing to the human eye.

Meerkat – No, not the ones that you see on the television system, but the meerkats are genuinely a great animal to admire, they commonly hang around in clans, so make sure you have your camera with you to catch this astonishing site.

There are so many more interesting animals you will see on Safari, have a late summertime vacation break and amaze yourself with all of this truly breath taking natural stunner.

For great safari holidays Zambia Holidays and Zanzibar Holidays I can guarantee you will be truly delighted and come back a happy person.
