The Top 3 American Travel Destinations

Think about this for just a minute. If someone asked you to compile a list of your top three destinations in America, what would it be? This is a question not easily answered, because of the sheer size of this country. Putting that on one side, let me attempt and give you a list of places that I consider top notch and that should really be a part of everyone’s travel plans in the US. One quick warning to you – it will leave you surprised..

Alaska travel packages is one of the best ideas that you can think of for your next holiday. The wildlife, scenery and activities are abundant in this great state. So what is Alaska known for apart from its former Governor, Sarah Palin? Well for one, the fishing is an absolute must. Here you will find a range of different fishes like trout and salmon among the many. If you can travel a little more north in the state you will also see the Northern Lights – nature’s beauty at its best. What alot of people tend to do is to also weave some adventure into their trip itinerary such as hiking and kayaking. Really truly beautiful.

Another place that I think is great is a San Antonio vacation package. There are many reason to visist the great State of Texas. Everyone knows that Texas is big and offers a variety of things to its visitors, but one of the many great places to see is San Antonio. There’s no shortage of activities, sites and things to do here. Most people are blown away by the rich heritage of this historic city, whilst others enjoy the culinary delights while many folks spend hours on the lush green golf courses. Feel the underlying Spanish heritage and start your trip with the Alamo.

If these two options is not really the kind of thing you are looking for, then you should consider a trip to the great state of Florida. Specifically I’m referring to Key West package vacation. This is a very well known destination and is the southernost city in America and form part of the known Florida Keys. Here you can keep yourself busy with island type of activities whilst also enjoying the local cuisine – especially variety of seafood. Go wreck diving, charter a boat and go for some fishing and visit some of the sites. It’s a great place to spend a few days to relax and kick back.

The above are perhaps not your usual, expected US destinations. Theye are nevertheless excellent places to mix it up with the local folk and really get up close and personal with the America that many people never really experience. This is the United States that is real and true in its essence. The kind opf place people fall in love with.
